Property Ratings at Estates at McDonough Apartment Homes
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and have no regard for their tenants. This apartment complex advertises a safe and convenient place to stay but it’s everything but that. Not only was my car broken into in this apartment complex, which resulted in me finding out that they don’t surveillance like they also advertise (shocker). So if you don’t want to deal with break ins and a negligent staff don’t move here. Also they take it upon themselves to tow cars at the expense of the residents without any notice. When you try to reach out to them to locate your car expect to not get an answer and for the front office to lie to you about you not even calling. This place looks nice on the outside but between the staff and the half way amenities you’d come out better literally anywhere else. Save yourself the heartache. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! TRUST ME!!

As a teacher, I was looking for a clean quiet area where I could give my private violin lessons and feel safe in my community. I found just that at Estates of Mcdonough, formerly named the Avenues of Mcdonough. As a brand new property, I was the first to live in my unit. This is a stylish retreat just around the corner from pleasant farms and winding roads and is also just around the corner from a popular shopping area. This is definitely a great place to live if you're looking for something spacious and quiet surrounded by shopping and dining and just 35 minutes South of Atlanta.
