I absolutely love it out here I have definitely made some memories my kids can go outside and play but I only don’t like the fact that cars come around the dumpster and I think it’s unsafe never know how fast they are going .but other then that I love it .

Great place to live. Wonderful staff and friendly neighbors. Lived here for almost 5 years and had no problems. Looking for a friendly safe place to live, this is it.

Conveniently located. Close to everything on woodruff rd. Maintenance does a good job whenever there is an issue. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. A nice place to live.

I have lived here for five years. It is a nice quiet community and is well kept. The maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently to any problem I may be having.

The location is perfect!! Maintenance is quick to fix anything that goes wrong. The front office is very easy to get in touch with and great at communicating events that are going on in the neighborhood.

I absolutely love it here wouldn’t want it no other way it’s peaceful and quite I haven’t had no complaints since I been here besides the dumpster can’t see cars coming around it when the kid are out here playing.

Great community, amazing location. Estates at Bellwood is right off of the perfect section of Woodruff Road where you can access all the shopping areas and restaurants, or escape to Five Forks if traffic is crazy.

We have really enjoyed living here. We have always had great neighbors, and the noise level is good. We will continue to live here for a while.

Nice little community. People with pets seem respectful of picking up after them. Fairly quiet. Everyone seems friendly. We have been here for some time now.

I have been living at Bellwood estates for 4 yrs. We have gone through a change in management during this time. I love the community. It’s convenient and the maintenance staff is great I think these apartments could b updated better and the lawn care isn’t very good. I live in the back of the complex and they never seem to get back here for leaf cleanup Otherwise. Pretty good

Everything has been great highly recommend living here. If you have any maintenance issues they come and fix very quickly. And if you need anything from the office they are very nice and helpful.

I am giving it 4 stars at this time because I feel like the quality of residents moving in need to be improved. People that consistently dump everything at the dumpster and don't actually throw it in. People allowing their kids to leave their junk where ever they feel like it and running around screaming in front of other people's windows. Just a couple of years ago it was so much more peaceful and I am afraid that is gone forever.

Absolutely love it here wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else feel so homey .and my kids love it out here I have been out here going on two years and never had no issues

Found this community through family that lived here and loved it. Its quiet, friendly, great location that is close to Woodruff and many stores and restaurants including Lidl's right next to the apartments.

Great experience thus far. I’ve been a resident for almost six months now. Estates at Bellwood is located in a quiet area and I feel extremely safe.

Keep the good work up staff important for regular consistency each job that comes your way , always try to improve yourself someway with knowledge or experiences you have come your way , thanks for your concerns for happy tenants in this community.

Why do I have to spray for bugs when it's in contract they spray. Also if the lawn company only has a certain amount of time stop spending it in front of the place. The place I stay in does not get leaves raked up especially in the back where all the big trees are. The trees in front stain the car when it blooms. No communication ever.

My experience has been great. The ladies in the front office are Awesome and so is the maintenance team. I’ll be living here until I buy a home.

This is a very quiet established community. We have wonderful Neighbors. Very respectful. The administrative staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are very timely and responsive to maintenance requests.

It is nice and a quiet neighborhood. The staff is nice and maintenance is really good and fix things really fast. I wish there were more amenities.

Nice quiet community with a neighborhood feel. Great office staff and maintenance team ready to help with any issues. Made it through the hurricane with some flooding but the community was cleaned up in a few days. We enjoy the convenience of everything from shopping to many dining options being near by.

Location is perfect. Love how convenient the location is to everything. Have enjoyed the different things for residents. Would love to see more food trucks.

Not a bad place. If you live on the side closest too the school be prepared to have kids cutting through your yard and leaving their garbage. The buildings are older so there are a lot of cracks and free space leaving room for the bugs to always crawl in! But there’s no infestation just an annoying reoccurring thing. You can hear your neighbors living life beside you if you’re in a 2 story. Not so much so from the one story duplexes! Kids play in the middle of the street until about 11pm sometimes even midnight.

Rent is mostly affordable for the area. Decent amenities, great location. We've been here 2 years and just re upped for a third. Right off of Woodruff Road, and it's a reasonable section.

Has its good points to living here for sure but could use some changes in the future of better quality outdoors improvements and use of facilities improvements also .

It’s great living here. It’s quiet and everyone I came across had a positive attitude. This is my first apartment and it have not disappointed me at all.

I gave it 4 stars because I really do enjoy living here and the new management is trying to update a lot of things and keep the community looking good but some of the recent tenants moving in do not seem to take as much pride as us longer residents. Their areas are left unsightly and trashy and the dumpster area looks like a trash heep most days. I think they should start enforcing stricter properly rules and hold people accountable for themselves and their children.

The staff here is so incedibly helpful and kind! I also find the website very easy to use when it comes to maintenace requests as well as paying rent!

We decided to move here about a year ago and love it here. It’s a great little community, family friendly. It’s conveniently located close to shopping and other activities.

My experience with Bellwood has been nothing but amazing ilove it out here only thing I don’t care for is the dumpter having all that trash pulled up people just don’t care just throw it out there other then that I love it here .

I really enjoy living here. The staff (Angel and Caroline) are very nice and friendly. Anytime I need assistance they are quick to respond.

I’ve been here over four years. Overall, it has been a good experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for my children and I. The rent does increase a good bit each year with no upgrades but I guess that is everywhere now.

I love my community. It is very convenient to everything I need. I wish some of the newcomers cared more about their community and kept it as neat and clean as it once was.

Really quiet neighborhood and close proximity to shopping and dining. Staff and neighbors are very friendly. All amenities are well kept and maintained for use regularly.

Great no complaints they have been really good to me and my family it’s very quiet only thing I hate is the dumpster always has trash surrounding it .

And maintenance is very courteous I wish the apartments could be updated And privacy fences in the backyards would be great For the most part my stay here has been very nice. And it’s convenient to all stores

Wonderful place to live, great location, affordable. Being right off of Woodruff Road, across from a Lidl and a great church, you couldnt ask for a better location.
