Park South has underwent a complete renovation during 2017-2018. Currently there are 40 apartments in the building, several meeting rooms, and the site has a total of 7.55 acres. The apartment features completely renovated units including new appliances, flooring, cabinets, counter-tops, windows, & doors. The building constructed in 1948 is a 3-story, walk-up, with a masonry exterior. The property was originally constructed as a convent and was later converted into an apartment building.
