Located along I-44 about 90 miles southwest of Oklahoma City, Lawton is best known for containing the Fort Sill Army Base. Lawton is also home to Cameron University and the Great Plains Technology Center. While Lawton exudes a small-town vibe, there are plenty of things to do in town.

I lived here for the past few years. The building was bought and the new owners have renovated the grounds, the pool and some of the apartments. It is a lot nicer. They just got a new management company that is WAY better than the old one. Hope they keep it up.

Thank you for your review. As you mentioned, we recently transitioned to a new property management company as part of our effort to improve the Bellaire atmosphere on the property. We continue to renovate, add amenities and create a place that you would be proud to call home.
They are absolutely terrible I lived there for two years and management change 4 times while living there and they lost all our deposits and proof of rent when we moved out they said we would for sure get our deposit back well here we are over 6months out and still no deposit do not live here
