it is very convenient and close to everything that we need. it is also in a central location to our family and friends.

It?s very conveniently located to the groceries, restaurants, shopping areas, and gasoline stations.

Lived here for two years. The area is ok, neighbors can be unruly and loud outside and inside the apartments. Definitely call ahead to ask if management is in the office - you might end up waiting hours. On the plus side, maintenance is excellent, their turn around time is very much appreciated. If you do move out, they'll take a good chunk to clean the carpets and repaint the walls. It's nice that it's next to Target, but the morning trucks can definitely wake you up when they back out. There have also been a couple incidents where the police came due to unwelcome visitors and homeless people.

The leasing professional Adrian that helped me was very helpful. I would recommend him to help because he is very clear with what you are paying for.

I had schedule to view the apartment with Adrian at 11 am on Monday (1/17/21). After traveling to San Diego for my appointment, no one was at the front office to attend me. I waited for 30 mins, emailed Adrian, and called the office several times while waiting outside of the leasing office. I left a voicemail, but did not receive a follow up call. I came back about an hour after to see if anyone would be available at the front desk but not one was there. I drove almost 2 hours that day to view the community, but was extremely disappointed with my appointment. I understand that I was a holiday that Monday, but I did receive a confirmation email about my in-person tour.

love living at Esprit Villas and consider it my home and have had mostly positive experiences all these years.

I love my apartment community. From the manager to the cleaning ladies, and maintainance personnel

I would NOT recommend only because any stranger could walk in or jump the fences of the apartment complex, be it day or night, lot of smoking activities, unauthorized vehicles parked with people smoking, You do not have any non-smoking policies, its scary to stay with kids when some stranger stands next to your window and stares at your room. Petty stuffs from the Patio gets stolen.

My experience has been a very pleasant and positive one.

There will always be a disparity regarding the usage of water for the units, since other units have more people residing in them than others. So this would be a double-edge sword, better for units with a lot of residents, but not so good with those units who have less number of people in it.

Love living here and if something needs fixed or repaired, it has always been taken care of.

Excellent location, alright apartments, but too expensive for old and un-renovated apartments.

Apartments are price insanely high, without even proper amenities. Overpriced apartments for congested area and no proper facilities.

Its close by every shop in miramesa. You don't need to take your car, for shopping. Everything is walkable.

I lived here for a year and had a very good time. Very well located near the all the shoppings like Target, VONS, CVS, Dominos, PizzaHut, and many more restaurants. The Unit is very well ventilated, big living hall and open kitchen plus dining area. Especially I like the staff (leasing office), they respond to any issues immediately. Because of my job reasons, I had to move out, otherwise I would have continued staying over there.

I have had nothing but a positive experience and would recommend Esprit Villas. I am one of your biggest fans.

I would, however the apartment needs thicker windows as it's right by the street and target parking lot where large trucks come in and out in all hours of the night.

I would recommend the community because of its proximity to local places that most people need to go. The apartments are well laid out, lots of natural light, and we do have covered reserved parking.

It was about the toilet water tank, not filling up. - The greatest disadvantage here is that the maintenance only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays. - The first time they were not able to fix the problem. - I personally went down to the leasing office and explained the problem and the inconvenience cause due to it. - The second time the problem is not solved. - I again went to the leasing office again and complain. - I stayed back till they come to personally show/ explain the problem. Then it gets solved Very very poor service I missed my rent payment by couple of days, I've been fined two time 50$ The company was not able to fix the toilet problem for over 10 days, I cannot explain how much inconvenience it caused to me. Just like you fine people for the missed payment dates, the company has to compensate to me cause I had to face lot of inconvenience due to the company.

This apartment has convenient public transportation and a lot of kinds of fascilities like library , park, lots of stores and so on. Swimming pool, and grass are well managed. Office personnel are always friendly and would make us comfortable.

I f I can give no star, I will! The worest experience! The management is really terrible and suck! no one in office all the time, and if you call management office, they will transfer to local office, then they will told you ' sorry, I can't help you.' No one want to live here.

i have recommended this place to my co workers, they've been here, some left some still here. place is run professionally, it is peaceful

It was a bit on the pricier side.

Location, Location, Location! Target and the various strip mall businesses are just a walk away!
