Living here has been quiet, clean, and the gates work. There is security that patrols at night and the property is always clean. Gym is 24/7 and is always clean and safe access to enter. Neighbors aren't loud throughout the weekday.

“I absolutely love living at Escape Apartments! My apartment is stunning, with high ceilings and a modern design. Everything was spotless and immaculate when I moved in, and I’ve been having so much fun making it cozy and personal, The staff here, especially Daisy and the office team, have been amazing—so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. I even won a Roomba vacuum as a move-in prize, which was such a fun surprise! The whole process of moving in was smooth and stress-free. I haven’t even had a chance to explore the doggy spa, gym, or pool yet, but I already know this is an incredible place to call home. Amazing!! I moved here from colorado and I am loving the weather. Also I am a big fan of the valet trash pick up. Not having a dumpster to take my trash makes things easier.

We recently moved here and it has been such a great experience compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in around the valley. The whole team from leasing to maintenance is friendly and attentive. The property and the units are beautiful, new, and put together well. The amenities are great including the 24 hour fitness center. Although parking can be strange at first, we have come to like the process in place. Please do not read too much into the negative reviews regarding parking, you are able to park anywhere uncovered or can rent out either a covered space (this can be done on your own via an app) or garage. We are glad we moved here as it does not compare to many of the other apartment complexes in the valley.

Nice place to live in, place is pretty clean and well maintained. Nice común areas, pool table, enough space for reunions, nice and clean barbecue area, heated pool and spa, complete gym and extra Pilates area, easy access to almost everything you might need, stores, outlets, State Farm stadium, bars, restaurants, shops, gas station, parks, etc….

Cars or bikes ride back behind the dirt area at night but other than that a clean beautiful place to live. Staff is always nice and helpful. Even the maintenance guys greet you on the carts.

Everything about this complex is great, I love how quiet and peaceful it is, and my apartment is so perfect and cozy for me. The leasing staff, specifically Michael, were also the biggest reason I chose this apartment in the end - he was so kind and helpful! So far, my experience here has been great! The complex is very nice, clean, and offers amazing amenities. The only downside is the guest parking fee, but that’s minor compared to all the benefits. One issue I’ve noticed (not the complex’s fault) is that some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, and let them pee on the walls, which can create an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the complex does a great job of cleaning it up quickly, so that helps a lot. As for the electric car charging, some residents used to leave their cars plugged in even after they were fully charged, but after a reminder email from management, it’s improved—I hope it stays that way!

Everyone is very nice, even the other residents! It’s had to have guests over with the parking situation, which is a little disappointing for how much rent is paid and also our gates have been broken most of my 15 month here. Maintenance is super fast with response times and the front office is kind and listens. The complex is very clean!

I'm really not impressed.. there's never any parking we have alot of issues with staff and getting issues resolved. Honestly this was not worth a luxury experience and I'm glad I talked so many of my friend out of this place because the stress is not worth it.
