We are a small, NEWLY RENOVATED, 52-unit Affordable Living Community, located at 4707 SE Boardman Ave Milwaukie, OR 97267, surrounded by beautiful mature trees and landscape that make our property unique! We are right off of Mcloughlin Blvd, close to the 205, and within walking distance to several shopping centers and grocery stores, including Walmart, Fred Meyer, Big Lots, and The Dollar Tree. There are many restaurants conveniently located close by ranging from BBQ, Burgers, Tacos & Pho, and convenience stores about 1-2 blocks in either direction from the property and Mcloughlin Blvd. Included in our renovations, your unit will include energy-efficient LED lighting in each room; updated cabinets, counters, and flooring in your kitchen and bath, as well as new appliances in your kitchen and updated bathrooms including the bathtub/shower, sinks, and fixtures. We have also updated our water heaters and the piping throughout each unit. Willamalane Apartments has on-site management to help with any resident business you may have promptly. On-site you will also find our coin-operated laundry facilities and a playground centrally located for all of our residents to use and enjoy. Across from our community is the East Side Athletic Club and if you prefer the outdoors, we are also across from the NEW Boardman Wetlands and Nature Playground and right along the 6-mile-long Trolley Trail that stretches between Milwaukie and Gladstone which was named after the old Portland Traction Company and follows the historic streetcar right-of-way that ran in the area from 1893 until 1968.
