Calificaciones de la propiedad en The Willows at Ventura
Recibí una denuncia por incumplimiento de contrato de arrendamiento en The Willows at Ventura con cinco acusaciones en mi contra. Solo una era cierta; sin embargo, la infracción que la desencadenó fue una afirmación falsa de que mi perro orinó en mi balcón. En realidad, lo que vieron fue condensación. De hecho, Carlos incluso me enseñó la foto del vecino que se quejaba, y en ella se veían claramente gotas de condensación, más oscuras solo por la suciedad. Esto no son excrementos de mascota, y he documentado que otros balcones de la propiedad muestran exactamente los mismos patrones de escorrentía. Cuando fui a hablar de esto, Carlos fue el primero en ayudarme. No fue de mucha ayuda para resolver nada, pero al menos no fue irrespetuoso. Entonces Joshua, el administrador de la propiedad, intervino, y la experiencia rápidamente se volvió hostil. Mientras estaba sentado frente a él, Joshua se mostró despectivo, me ignoró a la cara y me habló de forma grosera y condescendiente. Para los posibles inquilinos: más allá del maltrato que la administración da a los residentes, tengan en cuenta que justo detrás de la iglesia junto a la propiedad hay un gran campamento de personas sin hogar en el estacionamiento contiguo. Estos son sus verdaderos “vecinos“ de lo que se anuncia como apartamentos de lujo tipo resort. Si valoran la profesionalidad, la honestidad y el trato respetuoso, piénsenlo dos veces antes de mudarse.
