Las unidades son muy bonitas y la propiedad se ve genial. La casa club es genial, me encanta la idea de sentarme en el patio en verano. ¡El agente de arrendamiento es muy amable y servicial!
No puedo recomendarlo. He tenido problemas frecuentes con cosas que se rompían (aire acondicionado, inodoros, lavavajillas, cocina, agua caliente en la cocina, etc.) y el personal de mantenimiento nunca está disponible de manera oportuna para arreglar nada. Supongo que no estarán disponibles nuevamente hoy para arreglar mi lavaplatos roto, que no funcionaba la primera vez que intenté usarlo. He pasado una cantidad significativa de tiempo viviendo en una unidad que no funcionaba a un precio elevado. Es una construcción barata y no tiene nada de "lujo".
Una de las razones por las que quería vivir aquí era tener un simulador de golf en la propiedad. El simulador no estaba trabajando durante meses cuando la gente se mudó, esperando una pieza. Luego, cuando estaba trabajando en el segundo turno, me di cuenta de que noche tras noche, la gente dejaba todas las luces y el proyector encendidos. Iría allí de camino a casa y lo apagaría todo. En repetidas ocasiones, le llamé la atención a la dirección, incluso ofreciéndome a hacer una señal pidiendo a los usuarios que apagaran todo cuando se marcharan. Me dijeron que el cartel debía provenir de la empresa. Bueno, no se hizo nada y, por supuesto, una bombilla se quemó para evitar que alguien usara el simulador. Se supone que se ha solicitado de nuevo. Lo siento, pero este lugar definitivamente no vale la pena, especialmente cuando no pueden mantener adecuadamente lo que podría ser importante para nosotros.
