The property’s large bedrooms allow for double occupancy providing greater value for students who want luxury living but are on limited budgets. With a Walkscore of 83, and plenty of covered bike parking, The Urban provides students with the efficiency of modern, car-free living due to its premium location. If students choose to drive, The Urban offers covered, gated parking for its tenants. This luxury student-living community has everything students need to thrive and be happy while at school. Pet Friendly - Additional deposit and $50/mo pet rent required. Unit options range from 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom units or individual lease options with renting individual bedroom/bathrooms and sharing the common area space with roommates. $117 Utility Surcharge for joint leases and $39 Utility Surcharge for individual leases- Assessed Monthly (Surcharge cover's Water/Sewer/Trash/Internet).
