Travelling is an easy drive; 10 minutes to downtown Iowa City and immediate access to the interstate. We also pride ourselves by making sure your maintenance requests are honored quickly, especially when it comes to utilities and necessity services or items! We are dog friendly (some breeds or sizes excluded)! The website also provides the unit layouts for the apartment styles and the Starting Rents. Rent may be more based on floor or location.
