People around the world know Bentonville as the birthplace and corporate headquarters of Walmart, the global economic powerhouse that began as a humble Main Street storefront. Downtown is a charming district of historic buildings and hosts the monthly First Friday celebrations, which draw thousands of folks to enjoy free music performances and check out local artists at work.

Documenta el estado del apartamento con fotos detalladas al mudarte y antes de entregar las llaves. Además, la presión del agua a veces es bajísima. No siempre es buena, pero a veces es ridícula. Me duché muchas veces con agua goteando. Asegúrate de tener un desatascador. Los inodoros se atascan con mucha facilidad. El gimnasio no tiene acceso las 24 horas. Abre a las 5 de la mañana. Entrar y salir por la calle SW28 es un rollo desde que añadieron la rotonda.
1. Me cobraron casi 800$ sobre el cierre del contrato de arrendamiento. Cuando me pregunte por las razones por las que/fotos de los problemas en la casa que dicen lo que un CURTOSY para mostrar fotos y que nunca me brindó el fotos I lo que yo pensé que fue un cargo adicional. 2. La administración me dijo que le cobrará a las manchas en el techo. Para estar en un lado más seguro tomé fotos de la casa antes de desocupar y el ventilador de no tener manchas en ella. Cuando me mostraron que mis fotos y que dijeron que no tienen ninguna de las fotos y dice que CURTOSY para mostrar fotos y que nunca me brindó las fotos. 3. El personal: El momento en que están fuera del contrato de arrendamiento, que tener un comportamiento ARROGANT. He de par de ejemplos para este. 4. A solo el día antes de la finalización del contrato de arrendamiento pedí una impresión de “día 1 de los problemas lista de verificación “que me equipada cuando me mudé a la casa y me dieron. Después de contrato de arrendamiento final, pedí la copia de la factura y que dijo NO y me preguntó imprimir desde el portal. LOL. A solo para imprimir. 5. Gerente: Video Rude de todas las personas. Ella le niegue darme una cita. 6. Hablé para dos personas en mi círculo de amigos, que dijeron que todos se cobrará todo 500~ para cualquiera que sea el motivo. TEN CUIDADO CON LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE ESTE. Estos son par de experiencias con la oficina de arrendamiento. Les sugeriría que no obtendrás en contrato de arrendamiento con estos apartamentos.
