Mi experiencia viviendo en el Artisan ha sido excelente. ¡Lori, la gerente de propiedades, es increíble! La propiedad en el interior y los terrenos están bien mantenidos. El mantenimiento hace un gran trabajo. Muchas comodidades y una ubicación excelente.

Antes de firmar un arrendamiento, se le mostró una unidad modelo y se le dijo que no mostraban unidades ocupadas. Me dijeron específicamente que no ofrecerían espectáculos ocupados, ya que todos sabemos lo frustrante que es hacer que extraños recorran su casa varias veces al día o a la semana. Las comunidades de Wimmer cambiaron recientemente sus pautas para permitir exhibiciones ocupadas sin previo aviso a los inquilinos actuales. Pude posponer las presentaciones unos días hasta que me desocupé y me dijeron que no. A pesar de que tienen una unidad modelo de mi diseño exacto, aún no se adaptarían a mi solicitud. Su opinión o inquietud no es válida en el momento en que firma un contrato de arrendamiento aquí.
