Los condominios son hermosos y el edificio mantenido muy limpio. El mantenimiento es maravilloso. Realmente disfruté poder caminar por todos lados y tener un garaje cubierto incluido. Muy recommend!!
Personal agradable inicialmente hasta que firman el contrato de arrendamiento. The secadora apenas funciona debido a que ser un sistema de ventless. Crawdaddy es un bar ubicado en el piso inferior del apartamento, lo que puedes hacer mucho ruido, en los fines de semana. Especialmente en el verano, borracho personas están gritando en el patio y en las calles. Vomit que están en el ascensor en varias ocasiones. No vale la pena el excelente que pagar!
puedo renovar mi contrato de arrendamiento por mi 2nd año y considerando la posibilidad de comprar. Este lugar es increíble! Hermosos apartamentos y la administración de la propiedad es la mejor que he trabajado. Sería difícil vivir en cualquier otro lugar después de tener el lujo de este edificio ofrece. No idea de lo que los últimos reviewer estuvo bebiendo pero los apartamentos son extremadamente, tranquilo y privado. Ocasionalmente hay eventos sociales pero nunca ha interrumpido mí como residente. Los eventos son tal vez algunas veces por año y una bonificación de vivir aquí (así como de la restaurantes). No me por lo general, evaluaciones, pero este lugar es la pena.
Si quieres volver a un lugar tranquilo y apacible noche, evitar este complejo de apartamentos en todos los costos. El restaurante y bar en el nivel principal del edificio con frecuencia organiza fiestas en la azotea para el público general para ingresar al edificio. Es la música y lubinas blasted todo el día y la noche.
