Please email for more detailed information and / or to begin the application process. The price of rent at Teller Village is very reasonable because we are a rent restricted property. This means that the maximum amount of rent we are allowed to charge by unit type (not income or household size) is dictated by HUD annually in spring. The information in the "Income Restrictions" section has move-in income limits for households of various sizes. You must be at or below the income limit for your household size to move in. If your income increases after move in, it will not affect your ability to stay at Teller Village. Please be aware that should you be accepted to lease a unit at Teller Village there will be a $50.00 application fee per adult over 18 to cover the cost of our various background and history checks. First month’s rent, matching damage deposit, and application fees are due at the time of move in. There is also a refundable $500 damage deposit for cats, dogs, and terrariums or aquariums over 25 gallons. This is also due at signing. Additional pet rent includes a $75.00 charge per month per dog and $25.00 per month per cat. NO PET DOGS OVER 25LBS. Once we begin the application process for a specific apartment, we will require a $500.00 deposit placed on the apartment, held for 14 days while we process the paperwork with you. The deposit will be applied to your total $1000.00 deposit at the time of lease signing if approved for move in.

He vivido aquí durante 9 años y he visto cómo los administradores de propiedades vienen y van... rápidamente, creo que Casy está aquí para quedarse. Ha establecido mejores condiciones de vida aquí en Teller al empujar y completar las reparaciones dentro y fuera del complejo. Los terrenos parecen mucho más agradables manteniendo el mantenimiento del terreno. Con nuestro ingeniero de mantenimiento en el sitio, ahora ayuda con la velocidad de todas las reparaciones. No puedo decirles lo felices que están mi esposa y yo por vivir aquí ahora. Gracias, Casy.

yo vivía aquí y nunca podría obtener una persona de mantenimiento y cuando hice que la mitad arreglar cosas. Yo tenía pérdidas del aire acondicionado y la coloca un gran cubo de menos de todo. No pudimos hacer cualquier reparación que lo prometido.
No te mudas aquí, este es el peor lugar que alguna vez has vivido en mi vida de las personas de freno en homes y de los automóviles aquí y de las personas no hacer nada sobre eso que no arreglar algo que cuando dicen que se y que no haya moho en todo la casa y que dicen a limpiar lo que será excelentes voy a cancha con estas personas ya que no encargamos de todo
Cant que un gerente o mainance hombre tiene un error de cama muy mala problema agua de la piscina hasnt sido cambiado desde que me mudé aquí en 2015 triturador de basura está siempre más completa de su mejor opción es dont se mudan aquí...
¡Servicio estupendo 2 habitaciones y 2 baños por 661 un mes. Me permite tener mascotas. Los apartamentos son muy agradables y espaciosos. El personal de la oficina es impresionante y tenemos un excelente empleado de mantenimiento. Estoy sumamente la suerte de tener topé a estos maravillosos personas y un increíble apartamento en un momento de necesita.
