Es un lugar agradable, cerca de la Universidad de Minnesota Duluth y St. Scholastica. Los apartamentos son modernos y cómodos. He vivido aquí por más de 7 años y el alquiler ha aumentado cada año puedo renovar mi contrato de arrendamiento. El personal de mantenimiento es excelente, sin embargo, el servicio en la oficina es de mala la mayoría de las veces. La mitad de la vez que entres en la oficina a elegir un paquete que no hay uno en la recepción. Todo en todo, no me recomiendan este lugar. Los apartamentos son muy agradables, pero que no vale la pena el precio, y a pesar del nombre, allí no es nada de lujo de “” en el lugar.
