South Square is southwest of Downtown Durham, roughly halfway to Chapel Hill and about two miles south of Duke University. Many shopping centers line the streets, attracting consumers from all over the Triangle region. Movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, dozens of large retail stores and small specialty shops provide a variety of options for ways to spend a day off.
In addition to commercial spaces, South Square provides a variety of housing, from tree-lined streets with single-family homes to modern apartment buildings and spacious townhomes. With easy access to Highway 501 and Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard, commuting to either Durham or Chapel Hill is a breeze. Este lugar es que se desarme y son llamar a este lugar de lujo. Estaba que se muestran el apartamento renovado y luego fue mudado a uno de los viejos que los gabinetes se mildewing y que se desarme. Además, i tienen pidió mi inodoro para ser fijos varias veces y de todo lo que hizo fue sometida un código postal corbata en él y que aún no está adecuadamente para correr. No pierda tu tiempo y dinero.
TEN CUIDADO CON. Me he mudado en y los apartamentos están disgusted. En mi segundo día, un roach crawled fuera de mi refrigerador vacío. I paseo por mi apartamento con incursión en la mano porque roaches son everywhere--especially en la ducha y la cocina. Se dice que el control de plagas está incluido, pero tu efectivo porque tu roach problema se salgan de control. No puedo esperar para mi contrato de arrendamiento de estar, que le NUNCA alquiler desde Pegasus residencial de otra vez.

He utilizado para vivir en el norte de Durham con solo partes de tiendas y lugares de comida rápida. Ugh. Pero ahora Im cerca de cines, centros comerciales y la civilización. Administración cordial y atento y solicitudes de mantenimiento son atendidos rápidamente. Mi apartamento es pequeña, pero tiene un enorme armario y después de algunos edición de mis pertenencias, Im acogedoras como un insecto en una alfombra. Además, hay un porche con mosquitero para mi gato, que le encantan. Puedo recomendar este lugar sin reservas.
