Me han vivido en The Sovereign de 2017 hasta este mes (2020) de junio. Este apartamento (séptimo piso apartamentos tipo estudio) fue lo mejor que he tenido en Portland. Excelente relación entre precio y calidad, increíble ubicación y de un café en el vestíbulo, que ser es la guinda del pastel. Excelente servicio de personal, quienes fueron muy comprensivos durante el covid cosa. Simple, bien diseñados tipo estudio apartamentos que realmente le ayudará a lograrlo, fácil de limpiar, fácil de estadía. Pisos muy fácil mantener, y el piso de azulejos en el baño muy agradable. La luz del día baño con accesorios de alta gama y bañera/ducha, muy agradable. Diseño de cocina y accesorios modernos, todo y, nuevamente, de alta gama, fácil de limpiar y mantener. Me he aquí dos años y desea agregar otro año pero ha desaparecido después de la covid cosa, y el tiempo para encontrar el trabajo en ningún otro lugar. He disfrutado muchísimo de aquí. Tranquilo vecinos, respetuoso, demasiado. Sin aire acondicionado, pero con un apartamento con vista al norte, no me recuerde cualquier noche donde fue un verdadero problema. Otra gran comodidad es el enfoque de una factura. El alquiler incluye todos los servicios públicos e incluso servicio de televisión por cable básico y conexión Wi-Fi. No la conexión Wi-Fi más rápido de la ciudad, pero no lo peor de una larga registros de vacunación. Todo en una factura. Made la vida sea fácil para que te mudes y por fuera. Lavandería en el sótano está tarjeta de crédito/débito operados, que encontré mucho más fácil de usar que tratar de recordar de tener suficiente cuartos. El edificio mantenido de forma impecable, siempre limpio y seguro y servicio de conserjería, Paul, hacen de este lugar excelente. Siempre un saludo de bienvenida y entrega de paquetes fueron disponemos de lunes a viernes y caja de seguridad, y siempre con notificaciones. Voy a te pierdas este lugar. Se recomienda que sea.
