Halfway between Fort Worth and El Paso, Midland rests just off of I-20, neighboring Odessa. Known for its booming energy industry, Midland also harbors a fierce dedication to high school football, partially inspiring both the film and television adaptations of “Friday Night Lights.”
There’s a charming downtown district to explore in Midland, with a fierce barbecue scene that’s true to the Texas style. Empezó con un buen personal. Cuando empecé a hacer informes de mantenimiento, empezaron a ser groseros e irrespetuosos. He tenido múltiples problemas con mi AC junto con otras cosas. Solicito un exterminador para las cucarachas que salen del agujero de la pared. Acaban de decir a mantenimiento que cubrieran el agujero y la persona que cometía el pesticida venía en dos semanas. Lo que pago cada mes y solo los veo cada 3-5. También encontré moho en mi apartamento y pedí una prueba de moho y el informe se cerró en un plazo de 30 minutos desde que el encargado de mantenimiento se presentó a trabajar.
Los apartamentos aquí están muy por quedar. El mantenimiento no soluciona nada a tiempo, si es que lo hace, y hace un mal trabajo. El personal es extremadamente desorganizado, perezoso y codicioso. Solo harán su trabajo si se beneficiarán de él, salvo que sean inútiles. Tratan a las personas de forma diferente en función de algunas afecciones que no conozco y, lamentablemente, como residente actual, fui quien fue tratado horriblemente. Lugar horrible y personal horrible
Current residente. Muy sucio. Insatisfactorio de mantenimiento! Nos gustaría poder a solo salir. No se puedes reposar todo. Si tiene cualquier otra opción de no dudes en ir. ¡Gracias por leer la evaluación y la buena suerte a todos los gustos en necesitas en alquiler un lugar!
Para residentes actuales de 2 años ahora y absolutamente encantará. Muy calma, a un precio asequible, tranquila, y limpia complejo de apartamentos. Tienen una muy amable y experto personal administrativo y el equipo de mantenimiento atento. Si cualquier problema que nunca se encargará de que la derecha de distancia de manera profesional y oportuna. Desea, definitivamente, sugerimos y recomendamos este complejo de apartamentos!
Me mudé en noviembre del año pasado y su estado Fantastic aquí. Siempre que tienen un problema con algo que no dude en solucionarlo. No hay nada, pero el amor y el apoyo de la oficina
