Calificaciones de la propiedad en Pres House Apartments
PH Apartments es uno de los apartamentos más completos que ofrece el centro de Madison. Se encuentra en una zona fantástica de la ciudad: a pasos del lago, dos Walgreens, un supermercado, muchas bibliotecas y lugares de estudio excelentes, el Kohl Center y justo en State St. Los apartamentos son sorprendentemente espaciosos y están en buen estado (el edificio es bastante nuevo, tiene unos 10 años) considerando el precio. El personal de mantenimiento solía responder el mismo día de la solicitud, y el personal de oficina fue muy atento y comprensivo. También organizan una cena comunitaria mensual con comida gratis, té de la tarde con refrigerios y ofrecen programas de becas para los interesados con descuentos de hasta $100 en el alquiler mensual. Solo se me ocurren dos desventajas. Una es que solo tienen un pequeño estacionamiento detrás del edificio con un lugar de estacionamiento de 15 minutos, por lo que tener un automóvil mientras vives allí es un desafío, aunque dan la oportunidad de comprar un lugar de estacionamiento en el estacionamiento del Fluno Center, el otro es solo que para mí personalmente, como estudiante de ingeniería, estaba un poco lejos de mis clases, pero para la mayoría de las especialidades está en un lugar perfecto.
