Los apartamentos son muy agradables y el mantenimiento es buena. Sin embargo, todo aquí por escrito acerca de las comodidades están falsa. FIOS no es de cortesía, que te brindan un crédito de $20. Mi estándar FIOS a Internet y servicio de TV con canales premium servicio sin cargo de $175 mensuales, y que es sin la conexión de teléfono. Este no es un complejo seguro, hay 2 entradas a, Pondview Estates que cualquiera puedes acceder por vehículo o a pie. Hay algunas cámaras de seguridad en el área de la oficina, pero ninguno en las residencias lugares de estacionamiento y los edificios.
