Thank you for contacting Pleasant View Apartments Communities. We offer unfurnished 2 bedroom apartment units (townhouse and flat styles) in North and South Johnson City from $900-$1500 per month. We provide kitchen appliances, water, garbage and pest control. Each unit has a washer/dryer hook-up for a full size side by side W/D. Tenants must provide their own electricity through Brightridge, and their own cable/internet (provider access depends on address- Charter Spectrum or Comcast Xfinity). 3 person max occupancy. 12 month lease is required. It converts to a month to month lease without penalties upon renewal. We are not a part of any other organization that you may have previously completed an application through, and our application process is not run through this advertisement or affiliate sites. It is required to go through the process that we have in place for our communities. We will provide more information on the full application process if you meet the preliminary screening requirements and decide to apply. Incomplete preliminary screenings will not be considered for the application process. Submitting false information will nullify any agreements we have made with you. If the FREE preliminary screening criteria is completed, we are happy to schedule a showing and proceed with the paper and online application process. Fees described for the full application process are $57 as listed above, and they are not charged until later in the process if you decide to move forward. The information in this questionnaire will help us find the perfect home for you and will help us answer any questions you may have for us.
