This FULLY FURNISHED 3 bedroom, 2 full bath lakefront home is located on a quiet, small lake perfect for the guest(s) looking for a relaxing getaway! The great room with cathedral ceiling overlooks the back yard and lake. Nice sandy beach swimming area with gradual slope. 6 kayaks (3 child kayaks, 3 adult) and lots of inflatable rafts. Fire pit overlooking the lake. Wraparound deck including a gazebo with mosquito netting. TV in the living room with a Roku device for you to login to your apps for all your favorite shows. *We have an antenna for local channels but not all channels come in and some channels are spotty.* Wireless Internet. Desk in the master bedroom. Central air. Gas fireplace. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Bedding and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the lake. The kitchen is set up with dishes, pots/pans, etc to make your favorite meals and includes a dishwasher. There is a large wrap around deck including a gazebo with mosquito netting. Relax and take in the tranquil scenery on the large wooden swing overlooking the lake and next to the fire pit. (Firewood is NOT provided.) ***Golden Sands Lake is a small lake that is peaceful and quiet. No gas motors allowed. Fishing is catch and release only. No outside watercraft allowed on the lake. Parties and events are not allowed here. Loud music and loud noise are not allowed here.*** Guests have access to the full property. There are a couple closets and cabinets that have the owners property in them. Park in the driveway only. No parking in the street or garage. No pets allowed. 7 person max. $300 cleaning fee at departure. **The rental rate of $2,000/month is only available Sept-April.***
