Calificaciones de la propiedad en Mount Vernon Apartments
Este es mi quinto y último año viviendo aquí. 10 días sin aire acondicionado en julio, y nadie se ha molestado aún en investigar. Mi peor complejo anterior tardó una semana como máximo, con un solo trabajador de mantenimiento. Si algo lleva más de una semana, deberían pensar al menos en comunicar por qué. Y, por supuesto, se niegan a reembolsar si contrato a una empresa para arreglar su basura. A menos que quiera disfrutar sudando en casa en el calor y la humedad del verano de Florida, buscaría otro lugar.
¡Un complejo de apartamentos genial en general! Cerca de la Universidad de Florida, tranquilo, y la infraestructura en general es excelente. ¡Durante los últimos dos años, el alquiler fue muy justo! Ahora MV tiene nueva administración, así que han hecho algunas “renovaciones“ innecesarias, y aunque el servicio no ha empeorado mucho, por lo que me han dicho, ¡el alquiler ha subido muchísimo!
