Directions: Take Holleman Drive from Texas Avenue heading west. Go about 200 yards and Midtown will be on the left hand side diagonally across from HEB. 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom 1700 sq. ft. two-story townhouses The shared bathroom is a large Hollywood bathroom with double vanities and wall-to-wall cabinets and drawers 300 to 600 sq. ft. larger than almost all other 4 bedroom places in town Cultured marble bathrooms Intrusion alarm Huge kitchen with walk-in food pantry All the appliances including microwave & washer and dryer Several extra storage closets upstairs and downstairs A large patio outside the back door where you can barbeque or hang out Ceiling fans, cable jacks and phone jacks in all the rooms...among other amenities About 1/2 mile from campus On the "Ring Dance" bus route #27 and the "Rudder" bus route #26 We are NOT a mega-complex. Only 42 townhouses total We pay the water bill and the intrusion alarm. After paying rent & ALL bills, your cost is still much less than even the dorms :-) EXCELLENT TEMPORARY SPECIAL.
