Bermuda Dunes is a small community along Interstate 10 between Palm Desert and Indio. Historically part of the region’s resort cluster, Bermuda Dunes grew around a country club that attracted celebrities like Bob Hope and Clark Gable in the late 1950s. Golf is still a major draw for the community, with well over a dozen courses and country clubs in the immediate area.
Bermuda Dunes Airport sits near the Interstate, serving the region as a general use airport primarily used by private flights. The close proximity to Joshua Tree National Park and Mt. San Jacinto State Park makes Bermuda Dunes a terrific spot for outdoorsy types, and provides stunning scenery for everyone in town.

El New Property Management es asombroso, que realmente se preocupa por tus residentes y siempre nos hace sentir bienvenido. Mary es el gerente y es una de las kindest. La propiedad es siempre limpia y el personal de mantenimiento siempre al tanto de todo. He vivido aquí durante 8 años y esta es la mejor propiedad y administración.

El alquiler es carísimo considerando este problema. Son apartamentos tranquilos, pero no exagero con lo de los grillos dentro del mío. Incluso salen del ventilador del techo. Es una locura. En la oficina no se creen la magnitud del problema. Por fin me voy. Ten cuidado.
La peor administración, cucarachas de al menos 5 cm, sin estacionamiento para arreglar las cosas, ¡un mínimo de 3 semanas! ¡Lo peor! ¡¡¡NO RENTEN AQUÍ!!! ¡Demasiado caro para lo que vale! No se dejen engañar por las bonitas fotos.
El personal de la oficina me hizo sentir especial y como en casa. Esa fue la motivación para elegir esta comunidad. Han pasado 6 meses y sigo muy contento. Además, cuentan con la mejor empresa de control de plagas, que se ha hecho cargo y ha hecho un trabajo excelente para controlar las plagas. ¡Me encanta este lugar y a ti también te encantará!
Este es el lugar perfecto para vivir cerca de cafeterías y buenos lugares para comer.
No sé si este lugar merece siquiera una estrella... Vi la reseña de hace 3 años sobre las cucarachas y vaya si son ciertas. Hemos estado matando al menos 10 por noche y la gerencia no hace nada para solucionar el problema. Sin duda, el peor lugar para alquilar en el desierto... Hay muchos otros problemas, pero estos son los que considero los peores. ¡¡¡NO ALQUILES AQUÍ!!! O si lo haces, prepárate para demandarte, porque nosotros lo haremos...
