1) En el verano de 2024, el aire acondicionado del edificio se apagó durante 2 meses. Me proporcionaron un pequeño ventilador y un refrigerador tipo pantano con un filtro antimoho. Con ambos ventiladores funcionando las 24 horas del día, no pude llevar mi unidad por debajo de los 85 grados. La administración del edificio fue inútil y fue lenta para restablecer el aire acondicionado. A los residentes se les proporcionaban constantemente fechas de resolución que nunca se cumplieron. 2) En el otoño de 2023, a una de las residentes le robaron propiedad del balcón de su tercer piso. La policía le dijo a esta persona que los ladrones habían vigilado su casa y monitoreado su agenda. Cuando ella se fue, usaron una serie de escaleras para subir al balcón de su departamento y reclamar la propiedad robada. 3) Estacionamiento muy limitado. Muchos lugares de estacionamiento reservados se otorgan a las unidades de Air BNB en lugar de a los inquilinos. 4) El ascensor sale de servicio frecuentemente. Como máximo, el ascensor estará fuera de servicio durante 2 semanas seguidas. 5) El área común cuenta con césped para que su animal haga sus necesidades. Building Management no limpia la suciedad que dejan los residentes y no vacía los botes de basura dedicados a las bolsas para perros.
