Our Maplewood property is located near the Lincoln Center Hy-Vee, Jo Ann’s Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, and many other shops! Jack Trice Stadium is just a few short blocks away, which makes this the perfect location for game days. The Ames’ historical district and Main Street are less than a mile away, featuring local shops and restaurants of all types. The Blue bus route is right outside of the building, with multiple other bus stops located nearby. This property has a variety of different floor plans: Studio, 1 bath 1 Bed, 1 Bath at 655 Sq Ft 2 Bed, 1.5 Bath at 820 Sq Ft 3 Bed, 1.5 Bath at 995 Sq Ft Tenants pay for electricity and gas in the 2 and 3 bed units, while tenants only pay for electricity in the studio and 1 bed units. 1 gig ICS internet, water & sewer, garbage pick-up, and lawn/snow care will be included. Situated in the heart of America's Heartland, Ames is a college town in central Iowa. The city wraps around its stellar Iowa State University, the state's flagship university and a member of the prestigious Association of American Universities. Living in Ames, you'll be able to visit the university's museums, including the Brunnier Art Museum, the Anderson Sculpture Garden, and the Farm House Museum -- a National Historic Landmark, built in 1860 and the first building on campus.
