Quería esperar hasta haber vivido en Luxe McKinney durante un tiempo para hacer una reseña justa. Ya llevo un año viviendo en mi ubicación. Tengo un contrato de arrendamiento de 18 meses porque pensé que sería un gran lugar para vivir. ¡Vaya, estaba equivocada! Todo es una batalla cuesta arriba. Siempre que debes comunicarte con la oficina, nadie tiene la autonomía para tomar una decisión adecuada. Deben transmitir todas las solicitudes a Justin, el gerente, especialmente en lo que respecta a agregar tarifas a tu cuenta. Recientemente me cobraron por no tener seguro cuando, claramente, debe renovarse todos los años. Me comuniqué con ellos antes de que se agregara la tarifa y todavía no quieren reembolsarme. Solo he interactuado con Justin (no fue una mala interacción). Aparte de eso, actúa como si estuviera allí. Las mujeres son generalmente amables, pero no serviciales. Tienen una alta rotación en la oficina, por lo que la excusa predeterminada es que es nueva o que ya no está con nosotros, una excusa para fallar. El paisajismo y el área exterior se ven geniales, lo que puede ser bastante engañoso. La casa adosada a la que me mudé era completamente nueva. Sin embargo, los electrodomésticos no eran nuevos. Mi congelador se congela y luego se descongela, por lo que mi comida se echa a perder con regularidad. La tapa de mi inodoro es excepcionalmente barata, por lo que cuando lo limpias, el limpiador mancha el asiento sin posibilidad de reparación. Las paredes son muy delgadas. Mi vecino tiene un perro. Oigo al perro correr de un lado a otro por el pasillo como si estuviera en mi apartamento. Mi vecino me dijo que podía oír a mi nieto llorar como si estuviera sucediendo en su casa. Tiene sonido envolvente y hace vibrar mi unidad, y el ruido fuerte es casi insoportable. Estoy rezando para que llegue marzo pronto, para poder irme de este lugar. Quería que me gustara este lugar, pero es un no. Espero que esta reseña te ayude a tomar una decisión clara. Mis mejores deseos.
Las puertas de entrada han estado rotas durante más de un mes y no han sido reparadas. Este es un riesgo de seguridad para la comunidad que no se ha resuelto y la administración de la propiedad no parece preocupada. Además, no pudimos mudarnos con nuestra familia cuando comenzó nuestro contrato de arrendamiento debido a problemas de mantenimiento con la unidad.
