El precio es excesivo por las amenidades no mantenidas y la recepción ineficaz. Tardé más de un mes en completar la renovación de mi arrendamiento en la recepción. La recepción también se centra en las comodidades “actualizadas” en lugar de arreglar las que están rotas.
La ubicación de Lofts es conveniente para mí para llegar al trabajo y la tienda de comestibles. Me gusta que no se encuentra en una calle muy concurrida y tiene acceso a Lake Crabtree para que pueda llegar en bicicleta a los senderos para caminar y correr alrededor del lago en mi tiempo libre. Soy un ávido cyclist de modo que era importante para mí ser cerca de Umstead Park y a una distancia en bicicleta de tiendas. Todas mis vecinos son amigables y yo hemos realizado algunas excelentes amigos mientras vive aquí. Las damas en la oficina siempre decir hola y recordar mi nombre cuando pasa por aquí. En general, Recomendaría este lugar como lo ha sido perfecto para mis necesidades y Soy absolutamente en amor con la ubicación y el lago.
