Terrible landlord, terrible property managers, terrible building.

Terrible place to live. Stay far away The building is absolutely infested with bedbugs, or at least the 3rd floor is. Every few months there are random 'inspections' (because they KNOW they will find them) followed by a completely pointless and ineffectual chemical spray. New neighbours moving in would inevitably get them too after just a few weeks, and since units are only treated one at a time to save money (instead of quarantining the floor/building like you are supposed to) the bugs just move around as they're driven from one apartment to another. They also engage in illegal rent increases through sneaky means. I was told the garage was to be renovated, with my parking spot temporarily moved outside. When renovations were 'finished', I was not informed. Then had my fees jacked way up after asking to move back inside. Terrible bookkeeping as well -- we would frequently get eviction notices for non-payment of rent EVEN WHEN WE PAID IN FULL. We would have to go through the entire ordeal of contacting a paralegal and going through the tenant board only for them to block it (obviously, since we paid!). We ended up moving away because we could not afford the legal fees that would have been required to fight it all. Terrible landlord, terrible property managers, terrible building.
