Todo en esta empresa es una porquería. Hay bichos en el apartamento y moho por todas las ventanas. El agua potable es extremadamente turbia. Cuando te mudes, habrá múltiples cosas que no van bien en el apartamento, incluso cuando tuvieron mucho tiempo para solucionar estos problemas. Esto incluye gabinetes desportillados, hornillas del horno que no funcionan, manchas de lejía en la alfombra y zócalos que faltan en la cocina. El administrador de la propiedad te dirá que enviarán multas para que se solucionen estos problemas, pero eso nunca ocurre. Vivimos allí menos de un año y los técnicos de mantenimiento entraron 6 veces diferentes para algún tipo de prueba, como prueba de radón, prueba de alarma contra incendios, etc. Una vez incluso intentaron entrar sin un aviso de 24 horas y no... no era una emergencia. De hecho, lo que querían hacer era una prueba de radón. Nadie en la oficina hará su trabajo. Las llamadas telefónicas, los mensajes de voz y los correos electrónicos no recibirán respuesta a menos que quieran dinero. No pierdas tu tiempo.
