Este es el peor edificio He vivido. La seguridad es siempre con tus máscaras correctamente o sentado en el escritorio. de irme de mi último apartamento debido a cockroaches reuniones, incentivos, conferencias y exposiciones. Los servicios públicos están EXTREMADAMENTE de más de precio y los electrodomésticos en las unidades son siempre que rompen. El edificio está contratados con EMS para disfrutar de los servicios públicos y se cobra un cargo se basa en el uso general del edificio (que incluye los apartamentos vacantes y el precio para trabajar del gimnasio y de otras amenities). El personal de rotación es tan frecuentes que nunca sabe con quién o lo que va a ayudar con un problema. The los elevadores son con frecuencia roto y el fobs nunca trabajar con ellos. El edificio está cerca de una gran cantidad de tiendas, pero existen numerosas cantidad de personas sin hogar y el de junio, el edificio se divide en durante el descontrol. El edificio es caro. Guarda tu dinero y mudarte a otro lugar.
He vivido en el icono para 2 años. Nada en la ciudad late la increíble ubicación justo en el medio del centro de la ciudad, rodeado de cualquier tienda que podrías desear. Nunca sentí inseguras o disconformes con la calle sí mismo. El edificio es extremadamente limpio y bien conservado, con una máquina de café, área de salón con mesas de billar y una sala de cine, una deslumbrante área en la azotea y un gimnasio en el edificio incluido en el alquiler. No puedo recomendar el icono más. El verdadero apartments tienen el tamaño perfecto y las vistas son hermosas.
