The Hillcrest Townhouse Apartments are in the heart of Lake Stevens Frontier Village. The Hillcrest has a great mix of 1- and 2-bedroom units. All of our ground floor 1 bedroom's units and 2-bedroom 1.5 baths have a patio for you to enjoy the outside in our community yard. Every unit is exceptionally large and great for entertaining. There are full size washer and dryers in each unit for the convenience of our residents, lots of closet space to store your belongings, ensuring a clutter-free living environment. With an ideal location on the bus route and easy access to highway 9 & 204 for easy commuting to Everett, Marysville and Snohomish. We are within walking distance to many amenities. If you want spacious living and a convenient location, you will love the Hillcrest. W/S/G is a flat fee for $175 per month. Security Deposit is Equal to 1/2 of monthly Rent
