Viviendo en Summerlin

Historia

-

Summerlin was originally commissioned as a master planned community by the Howard Hughes Corporation in the 1950s. Twenty-five thousand acres of land in the Southern Nevada area was designated for the construction of the neighborhood, but it wasn't until 1990 that planning and infrastructure construction began. An additional 1,000 acres of environmentally sensitive land was added to Summerlin in 2002 through an exchange between the Bureau of Land Management and the Howard Hughes Corporation. Since its founding, Summerlin has flourished into a full-blown community housing more than 150 villages and neighborhood parks, numerous shopping centers and several business parks.
