Bullard is a large neighborhood about eight miles north of Downtown Fresno. Bullard is divided into smaller districts, giving the neighborhood a close-knit feel. Work up a sweat on a jog through the picturesque trails located throughout Bullard, or travel to the park-like areas of town via a refreshing bike ride. Along with plenty of restaurants and unique shops nestled along West Shaw Avenue, Bullard is near multiple shopping centers like Fashion Fair Mall. The neighborhood has great schools and neighbors the California State University, Fresno campus. Bullard is also convenient to Fresno Yosemite International Airport, while Highway 41 and Highway 99 make traveling in and around Fresno easy.

Despite its initial foundation amidst barren landscape in 1872, the fast-growing city of Fresno has attracted a intricate mosaic of people and cultures throughout the years. Nearby, the first ever Hmong Cultural Heritage Center presents a wide array of cultural arts and free activities celebrating the Hmong-American experience.

The Fresno Arts Council expertly drives the city's arts scene with popular Art Hop events. On the first Thursday of the month, crowds flock to venues throughout downtown Fresno to meet with local artists and enjoy their work. Bullard and the rest of the metro host Art Hop on the third Thursday of every month.

Hop on Route 26 to take a 20-minute ride to the center of downtown via Palm Avenue.
