In 1990, it was purchased by the City of Hendersonville in order to preserve its history. Calificaciones de la propiedad en Grey Mill Apartments
Después de pasar un tiempo buscando disponibles apartamentos de primer nivel en el área y no tener mucho éxito, I encontrado con Grey Mill. Después de llegar, Recibí una llamada al día siguiente. El personal me mantuvo al día en proceso de construcción y el cambio de fecha establecida se constituyó. El equipo hizo un trabajo excelente en renovaciones en esta histórica fábrica y pudo mantener todo el encanto original y características históricas. Hay varias disposiciones diferentes, y cada apartamento es único por sí mismo. Una muy buena tienen son el windows!!! El edificio está ubicado literalmente construido alrededor de ellos. No pudimos mantener la estructura original de ventanas en algunas áreas y dónde se pudo ser recuperada, que fueron imitada con amigos nuevos que son más de bajo consumo y tienen más fácil toldo funcionamiento. Además, estas ventanas son enormes (8’x12’) y que tienen gran persianas enrollables que ofrecen privacidad y aislamiento. Es obvio que la construcción original optimizados luz disponibles a través de estas ventanas y utilizado las columnas de ladrillos bewteen ellos para respaldar la enorme fir maderas pulidas (que aún están expuestos) para ofrecer el máximo espacio despejado disponibles para la fábrica. La habitación diseños son todos de acuerdo con la ventana original de las ubicaciones y el nuevo the architect hizo un trabajo increíble aprovechar al máximo el tamaño de la habitación sin alterar este detalle. Cada habitación cuenta con una gran cantidad de luz natural. Tuve que se adaptan a una cama Queen con una mesa de noche en mi habitación y sigue abierto las puertas de guardarropas amplio, completamente. The electrodomésticos, accesorios, gabinetes y encimeras de granito son nuevos y el espacio parece ser bastante tranquilo. Hasta ahora, mi vecinos han sido excelente y estoy entusiasmada acerca de lo que este lugar está que ofrece. Luego de que te mudas, pero antes de dormir aquí, hay una fuga de la azotea en mi habitación y se hace completamente lleno mi acolchada. Antes de que están fuera, el maravilloso personal me llamó a díganme y que se ofrecen para cambiar mi nuevo colchón (y que hizo reemplazar él). Hasta ahora, Estoy impresionado con Grey Mill y han superado mi expectations!!!
El edificio se ve agradable en la que se publique fotos, pero no obtienen engañar. La habitación son muy pequeños que could’ve hecho mucho más con el espacio de la había. Bu en lugar de que intentó llegar como máximo apartamento posibilidad. Las habitaciones son tan pequeño que no parece que podría adaptarse a una cama en allí y aún podrás tener acceso a tu habitación con armario.
