Gatewood Village features 30 one-bedroom units and 10 efficiency apartments, each with comfortable carpeted or vinyl flooring. Residents enjoy the convenience of included utilities — electricity, water, and trash services — all covered in the monthly rent. (Telephone and cable services are optional and resident-paid.) Our community is 100% smoke-free, with designated outdoor smoking areas available. Rent is income-based, typically set at 30% of an eligible resident’s adjusted income, factoring in allowable medical expenses. Pet-friendly policies make Gatewood Village a welcoming home for your small companion, with pets allowed up to 12 inches in height and 15 pounds in weight.
