Asylum Hill is just one mile from Downtown Hartford, affording residents year-round access to city celebrations and festivals. The community is over 615 acres and slightly hilly, with the largest hill located to the west of the downtown area.
Aside from its natural river border, Asylum Hill is bound by Interstate 84 and railroad tracks. Before insurance agencies moved into the area in the 1920s, the community was mostly farmland. Aetna remains a staple and large employer in the community – the company is located on Farmington Avenue.
The community is pretty multicultural and attracts tourists with its historic landmarks, such as the Mark Twain House and Harriet Beecher Stowe Center. In addition to their affordable apartments, residents enjoy taking a stroll through Sigourney Square Park.

Es un gran placer destacar el excelente desempeño de la empleada, Doris. Es muy atenta, dedicada y, sobre todo, eficiente en su trabajo. No he conocido una empresa con un compromiso tan fuerte con la atención a los inquilinos como Garden Hills. El apartamento estaba en excelentes condiciones, todo funcionaba correctamente y, lo más importante, el edificio brinda una gran sensación de seguridad. ¡La recomiendo!

Me encanta que sea un lugar tranquilo para vivir y un área muy limpia, los trabajadores son muy respetuosos y profesionales en todo momento, la gerencia también es responsable y muy respetuosa, siempre al tanto de cualquier situación.
Si quieres que tu coche se rompa, los cargos no tienen sentido o no se aplican a ti. Muévete aquí. Es el lugar más inseguro y la gerencia no se preocupa. Solo quieren su $$$$. Sobreprecio y tarjeta de crédito insuficiente para.
Recomiendo este lugar. ¡Es conveniente! Y bastante limpio.
