North Hills is a suburban neighborhood in northwestern Los Angeles, roughly twenty-five miles from Downtown. California State University’s Northridge campus sits a few blocks to the west, making North Hills an excellent location for students, faculty, and staff.
Several large shopping centers can be found in the immediate area, with the North Hills Shopping Center on the northwest corner of town anchoring a commercial district that includes everything from a supermarket to the local multiplex movie theater. Much of the rental market is clustered on the east side of the neighborhood, with numerous budget-friendly apartments, condos, and houses available to suit any taste.
