A private residents’ lounge, game room and children’s playroom with a raised performance stage are also accessible. Limited private stacked parking is available for purchase in-building, and options for sponsored parking spots nearby may be found. The building’s location, on 122nd Street off Saint Nicholas Avenue, places it in a prime section of Harlem.
