“This building is one of the most iconic in the area,” says Aaron Chiesa, cofounder of The Wise Group at CITY SPHERE. “The limestone facade was recently restored to its original splendor.” Completed in 1913, the historic Beaux Arts condominium features a limestone frontage adorned with bas-relief acroteria and cartouches.
