Desde hace poco, mi experiencia con la oficina de arrendamiento ha sido bastante frustrante. Desafortunadamente, parecen tener un conjunto complicado y estricto de políticas, lo que hace que las cosas sean más difíciles para los residentes. A pesar de pagar mi alquiler a tiempo, me enfrenté a retrasos en la recepción de mis llaves antes de la fecha de mudanza acordada. El asistente de arrendamiento con el que traté no fue tan útil como esperaba, simplemente recitando políticas sin proporcionar ninguna solución práctica.
