On the steps of Homewood Park, our East Glenwood Apartments are just a stroll away from the Homewood Library, the Central Pool and recreational center, and Nabeel’s Cafe & Market, and around the corner from the countless local shops and restaurants of SoHo Square. East Glenwood offers convenient accessibility to downtown Birmingham, the shops of the Summit, and the major thoroughfares (including I-65, Hwy 31, and US 280), and yet is tucked into a coveted residential neighborhood of central Homewood. All units feature washer/dryer connections in the kitchen. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set for an additional $50/month. These apartments are zoned for the award-winning Homewood School System, including: Edgewood Elementary, Homewood Middle School, and Homewood High School.
