Calificaciones de la propiedad en Eagle Hill I/IV
Hay crímenes, tiroteos y peleas constantes. Ignoran las quejas sobre la constante basura y suciedad que la gente deja afuera, luego te culpan cuando las infestaciones de plagas de dicho vecino asqueroso comienzan a propagarse a través de las tuberías (tengo videos de cucarachas entrando por el lavabo de mi baño). Tienen CUCARACHAS y mienten acerca de enviar control de plagas (tengo cámaras en mi apartamento) y cuando vienen, solo rocían la cocina. He estado aquí 6 años y nunca tuve un problema de plagas, pero de alguna manera no pueden creer la idea de que podría ser el único vecino nuevo en el edificio, que también deja basura afuera durante semanas seguidas hasta que alguien pasa por encima de la administración y llama a la gerencia de Lindsey porque el gerente en el sitio no hace más que marcar las órdenes de trabajo como completas y luego no llegar. Te levantas para trabajar a las 6 de la mañana, tu pared tiembla por la música alta. Y todavía continúa cuando llegas a casa a las 5, cuando "intentas" irte a la cama a las 10 y cuando todavía no puedes dormir a la 1 de la madrugada. NUNCA TERMINA. También ignoran las quejas al respecto. Continuamente aumentan el alquiler, pero mantienen los electrodomésticos obsoletos que apenas funcionan. ¡¡¡No recomendaría esta porquería a nadie que quiera un entorno de vida limpio o seguro!!! -1000/10
Este apartamento no es ideal. Las unidades no se parecen al modelo. Los electrodomésticos no coinciden y el mal olor tarda semanas en desaparecer. He tenido una fuga en el techo durante semanas. Aumentan el alquiler sin previo aviso.
Mi apartamento es acogedor y cómodo. Me encanta el vecindario que me vivir en. I disfrutar de todas las comodidades que cuenta solo con mi apartamento. Tengo acceso a una pool,golf course,volleyball court,and un restaurante en las instalaciones.. pero mi es el favorito de lavadora y secadora en el apartamento.
