Property Ratings at Corktown Crossing II
Really enjoying the amenities so far -- only been here a couple months but in-suite laundry has been a game chanrger compared to my last place.
In such a convenient spot transportation and restaurant wise. Short 12 minute drive to get to class (McMaster) and good bars in the area too. Moved in 3 months ago and management communication has been very fast and helpful, they even let me move in a couple days early at no charge.
Management is not securing entry exit points so many homeless people leaving in the stairs. Even parking door is open since 2-3 months. There are lots of thefts a d vandalism happening in the basement parking lot. Stay away from this building.
