Lamento decir que mi experiencia en el CBD Detroit ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. En primer lugar, los pasillos están constantemente repletos de residuos de mascotas, lo que hace que sea desagradable y poco higiénico navegar por ellos. Además, los servicios suelen estar fuera de servicio, por lo que son inaccesibles para su uso. Durante todo un año, la bañera de hidromasaje permaneció fuera de servicio, a pesar de las numerosas quejas. Lo más frustrante es la falta de responsabilidad en lo que respecta a los depósitos de garantía. A pesar de los intentos repetidos de recuperar la mía, me han encontrado con respuestas poco útiles, que me han dicho que me ponga en contacto con la “oficina corporativa” sin ninguna resolución a la vista. En general, si está pensando en mudarse aquí, le recomendaría encarecidamente que lo haga.
