Directly south of Richmond is the historic city with a modern charm of Petersburg, Virginia. Renters will find that it is easy to travel around the city due to the Petersburg Area Transit that runs through the city and to Richmond. For the drivers, Interstate 85 and Interstate 95 go right through Petersburg and leads to the surrounding areas including Richmond.

No hay una oficina de arrendamiento real... cuando llamas al número de la oficina de arrendamiento, ni siquiera es un número real... bloqueará el portal aleatoriamente para que tampoco puedas pagar el alquiler. Envié fotos de una unidad, no me dejaban ver dicha unidad y luego, cuando llegó el momento de moverla, era una unidad completamente diferente en la que la mitad de los servicios públicos no funcionaban. También tuve que arreglar mi propia plomería, el administrador de la propiedad casi no sabe nada y está lleno de mentiras. Ahorre tiempo y haya ganado dinero.
El personal de reparación y la dirección no tienen pistas. Aparecerán el día de la llamada, pero les llevará 5 intentos solucionar el problema que tienes y no lo solucionarán hasta que subas la escalera tú mismo y empieces a tomar fotos.
