Nestled between Baltimore and Washington DC, King’s Contrivance is Columbia’s southernmost village. Established in 1977, King’s Contrivance consists of three neighborhoods—Macgill’s Common, Huntington, and Dickinson. Each of these neighborhoods contain a community swimming pool for residents to enjoy.
Locals also gather at the King’s Contrivance Village Center, which offers an array of diverse restaurants, stores, and offices. El equipo de mantenimiento ha sido de primera, pero persisten los problemas relacionados con las plagas: ¡hay muchas pulgas dentro y alrededor de la propiedad! Intentan controlarlas, ¡pero vuelven a aparecer!
Mantenimiento horrible. Han pasado 3 meses y el interruptor del regulador de intensidad del ventilador de techo no ha sido reemplazado. Envié 3 solicitudes de mantenimiento. Todavía no he terminado. Ustedes piensan que soy estúpido al reemplazar el interruptor del regulador de intensidad por un interruptor de luz normal. Los demás residentes no deberían aceptar tal incompetencia.
Es un vecindario y una comunidad tranquilos. Un lindo complejo de apartamentos con buenos servicios y un buen personal. ¡Se lo recomendaría a otras personas también!
Me encanta volver a casa y encontrar paz y tranquilidad. Todas las personas que he conocido han sido agradables. Es realmente un placer vivir aquí. Cuando me mudé, un par de vecinos me preguntaron si necesitaba ayuda. ¡Un gran lugar para vivir!
Dejaría estrellas negativas si fuera posible. DOS empleados DIFERENTES de la oficina me dieron un monto prorrateado por mudarme en una fecha específica. Fui a entregar las llaves y me dijeron que esos empleados estaban equivocados y que en lugar de $175, el dinero adeudado era de $1500 o más. Para colmo de males, mi cónyuge está actualmente desplegado, y literalmente siento que se aprovecharon de mí.
