Remodelaron toda la propiedad. Tiene una excelente ubicación, junto a los acantilados y senderos para caminatas. ¡El personal de mantenimiento es excelente!
Soy residente actual aquí y no hay nada bueno que decir sobre el mantenimiento de “nueva gestión” que no existe. La oficina rara vez coge el teléfono y, cuando lo hacen, me sorprende incluso que NO recomiende mudarme aquí. Y estoy deseando irme
Después de que Spaulding Group asumiera la comunicación, el respeto por los inquilinos se desplomó. Aunque puedo respetar el deseo de aumentar el atractivo de la acera, lo que los inquilinos actuales querían y necesitaban no se tuvo en cuenta.
PSA: Nos mudamos a medida que entraba la nueva dirección, así que solo podemos decir un poco sobre nuestra experiencia con ellos. Mi esposa y yo tenemos sentimientos mixtos sobre ArrowHead. Nos encantó nuestro amplio baño de dos dormitorios y medio y nos sentíamos como en casa. Disfrutamos especialmente de nuestra hermosa vista desde la cubierta de los acantilados. Definitivamente hay algunas actualizaciones que el interior y el exterior de los apartamentos necesitan, pero en el momento nos pareció que el precio era justo por lo que obteníamos. No pagaríamos lo que están cobrando ahora por lo que teníamos. Mientras estábamos allí el mantenimiento y la oficina de recepción respondía relativamente a nuestras solicitudes, sin embargo, desde la nueva transición de la administración, todavía no hemos recibido nuestro depósito inicial y hemos sido trasladados durante 3 meses. Las ubicaciones de los apartamentos son agradables y es encantador caminar cuando hace calor. Sin embargo, en verano, como solo hay una unidad de aire acondicionado para todo el apartamento en la sala de estar, es difícil dormir en los dormitorios, ya que hace tanto calor. Han subido el alquiler entre $500 y $800, pero no se han realizado reparaciones. Los animales en las paredes, un mal control de clima, los arrendatarios están perdiendo sus cobertizos de almacenamiento, la lista continúa. Ejecute la otra dirección.
